More Trust. More Clarity. More You.

A deeply personalized immersion for thoughtful, self-aware people who have done the work — and still know there's something more. A different kind of change, guided by two practitioners devoted entirely to you.

You may already know a great deal about yourself.

You've read the books. You've done the therapy. You've listened to the podcasts and learned the language of healing. You understand your patterns and where they came from.

And yet you can still feel disconnected from the version of yourself you most want access to — not because you lack insight, but because insight and transformation are not always the same thing.

Why We Created This

"Over years of working with people, we kept noticing the same thing."

Many of the people sitting across from us were thoughtful, insightful, and deeply self-aware. They knew their patterns. They understood where those patterns came from.

And yet they still felt disconnected from their confidence, clarity, creativity, and trust in themselves.

We began wondering what might happen if people had more space. More support. More relationship. A place where they didn't have to hold everything alone.

Our Philosophy

Change happens when you can access more of who you already are.

We believe meaningful change happens when people can access more of their natural confidence, curiosity, compassion, courage, creativity, calm, clarity, and connection.

Healing is not about becoming someone new. It's about creating the conditions for more of who you already are to emerge.

Why Two Guides

Most transformational work happens in relationship.

Most therapists work alone. Most coaches work alone. Most retreats have one facilitator and a room full of people. Throughout your immersion, you'll be supported by both of us — two experienced practitioners devoted entirely to one person.

Two perspectives. Two nervous systems. Two people attuned to what's unfolding in real time. This allows for a depth of support, responsiveness, and care that is difficult to create alone.

What people often come to explore.

The work is yours alone — but it often begins in these familiar places.

Self-TrustReconnecting with your own knowing after years of looking outside for answers.
Relationship PatternsMoving from understanding connection to experiencing it.
People PleasingThe quiet cost of holding everyone else together first.
BurnoutWhen the pace you've set can no longer be sustained.
Life TransitionsFinding footing at a meaningful crossroads.
Feeling Disconnected From YourselfReturning to a sense of being at home in your own life.

And many other experiences that don't fit neatly into a category.

The Experience

A five-week container.

As needed

Preparation

We clarify your intentions, understand your story, and identify the patterns at play — then design an experience built entirely around you. The duration is tailored to what serves you best.

A dedicated day

Immersion Day

A full day created for you alone. Time to slow down, explore deeply, and work experientially — accessing new perspectives, supported by two experienced guides throughout.

As needed

Integration

We translate insight into daily life, support meaningful implementation, and strengthen and expand what emerges so the change can take root. The duration is tailored to what serves you best.

The power of the experience comes from the entire container — not simply one day.

The light-filled space where the immersion takes place
What The Day Feels Like

A day to slow down and be cared for.

You arrive at a beautiful, calming space and let the pace of ordinary life fall away. There is tea, nourishment, and time — no agenda you have to keep up with, no group to perform for.

The day unfolds with spaciousness: quiet moments of reflection, experiential exercises, honest conversation, gentle movement, and breathwork when it serves you. Throughout, both of us stay present with you — noticing, responding, and holding the space so you can soften into the experience.

It's less a session to get through and more a day to feel held, accompanied, and met exactly where you are.

What makes this different.

  • —Two experienced facilitators, present with you throughout
  • —Highly personalized — designed around you, not a protocol
  • —Experiential and relational, not only conversational
  • —Deeply attuned to your pace and your nervous system
  • —Preparation and integration included in the arc
  • —Grounded in psychology and human connection
  • —Focused on lasting change, not a temporary high

In their words.

"Rachel and Dr. Val created a space that felt incredibly safe, intentional, and deeply connected.

I felt so held throughout the entire experience.

There was such a strong sense of presence in the room — you can feel how much they truly care about what they do and meeting you where you are.

It wasn't just breathwork or an extended therapy session, it was a deeply moving experience I'll carry with me."

You already have more wisdom within you than you think.

Sometimes what we need isn't another strategy. Sometimes we need enough space, support, and connection to hear ourselves more clearly.

If something in you feels curious, we'd love to talk.
